About this Event

Each year B Corp certified businesses come together to organize and attend BLD, an event designed by the B Corp community to dig into how we can drive value beyond certification. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, this year's event will look different than in previous years, but we do not want to miss the opportunity to come together (virtually, of course!) to learn and grow as a community. Because this is a virtual event, we are excited to be able to include panellists and attendees from across Canada!

Join us for BLD Back Better on Tuesday June 23rd, from 12:00pm - 1:30pm EST.

The panel will discuss how B Corps can be a catalyst for change following COVID-19 and what the future of business will look like as we enter stages of recovery. The discussion will be followed by breakout rooms focusing on the following topics:

• Breakout Room A: The role of certified B Corps' in reigniting the broader economy and building back better.

• Breakout Room B: What does a better B Corp look like as we enter recovery? Finding opportunities in the current challenges to improve our own business models.

• Breakout Room C: If we were to bring the B Corp community together to act collectively to move the needle on a pressing issue, what would it be and why now?
