B Local Québec

Mission

B Locals are place-based communities of people using business as a force for good. At the core of every B Local are Certified B Corporations®—for-profit companies using the power of business to transform the global economy to benefit all people, communities, and the planet.

B Locals exist to create connections, champion the stakeholder economy, increase the positive impact of their B Corp community, and raise awareness of the B Corp movement.

B Local Quebec is incorporated as a non-profit organization (NPO) and is the Quebec chapter of the movement; it aims to support the leadership of Quebec B Corps and increase the positive influence of the movement and its values in the province.

Objectives :

  • Foster sharing and learning in order to enhance the impact of B Corps.

  • Foster collaboration and the creation of lasting relationships among B Corps.

  • Support individual and collective leadership of community members.

  • Contribute to the development of the local B Economy.

  • Create a gathering place for B Corps.

  • Highlight the success and news of the community.
